John Walton
John H. Walton (Ph.D., Hebrew Union College) is Professor of Old Testament Emeritus at Wheaton College, where he taught for 22 years. He is the author of over 30 books, including the “Lost World” series, and he served as Old Testament general editor for the Cultural Backgrounds Study Bible. His work focuses on the ancient Near Eastern context of the Old Testament and the dialogue between science and faith.
