Vuyani Sindo is Lecturer in Biblical Studies and head of the Biblical Studies department at George Whitefield College in Cape Town, South Africa. Most leadership studies, Sindo argues, focus the leader him/herself). Paul instead makes leadership theocentric, that is, all about God.
